AWAYUKI Strawberry Gin Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 1 strawberry

  • 2 fresh basil leaves

  • 2 teaspoons white sugar ice cubes

  • 2 oz AWAYUKI Strawberry Gin

  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 3 oz chilled club soda

Place the strawberry, basil leaves, and sugar into a cocktail shaker, and mash well with a cocktail muddler. Add half of the ice to the cocktail shaker and place the rest into a tall glass. Pour in the gin and lemon juice, cover, and shake. Strain into the chilled glass over the ice, top with the club soda, and stir to serve.

AWAYUKI Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 1 1⁄2 or 2 oz AWAYUKI Strawberry Gin

  • 1 1⁄2 or 2 oz Campari

  • 1 1⁄2 or 2 oz Vermouth Rosso (red, semi-sweet)

  • Garnish with an orange slice or orange peel

Add all ingredients to a glass, add ice, stir briefly, and garnish with an orange twist (strawberry optional).

AWAYUKI Tom Collins

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces AWAYUKI Gin

  • 1 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup

  • Club soda, to top

  • Garnish: Lemon

Add the AWAYUKI Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a Collins glass. Fill with ice, top with club soda and stir. Garnish with lemon.

AWAYUKI Gin Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces AWAYUKI Gin

  • ¾ ounce (1 ½ tablespoons) lemon juice

  • ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) simple syrup or maple syrup

  • 1 egg white

  • Garnish with lemon twist and strawberry 

  • Soda water

Place the AWAYUKI Gin, lemon juice, syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds until cold. Strain the drink into a glass and top it with the soda water; the egg-white foam forms on top. If desired, garnish with a lemon twist and strawberry. Serve immediately.

AWAYUKI Gin & Club Soda or Tonic

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz AWAYUKI Strawberry gin

  • 3-4 oz of club soda or tonic

  • Garnish with fresh strawberry
